Chessie has been tattooing since around 2008, bringing nearly two decades of experience with her across multiple styles. Hailing from Southend-on-sea, Essex in the UK, Chessie opened her own award-winning studio in 2014 before closing and moving to Canada in 2020. While competent in virtually all styles, Chessie’s favourite styles are illustrative blackwork, woodcut/etching and colourful neo-traditional. She particularly enjoys drawing flora and fauna, pop culture, medieval inspired artwork, cryptids, pagan and tarot/arcana related stuff, especially if the subject matter can sate her two warring personalities that enjoy all things creepy and cute.
